What’s New on BarBooks

Several publications are in the process of being updated, and will be deleted from the BarBooks™ online library shortly after the new edition is complete. Any private notes created will NOT transfer to the new edition and will be deleted when previous edition is deleted. If you wish to retain the substance of your private notes, please print them as soon as possible.

For tips on best practices for organizing your private notes and how to print them, see this post on the Legal Publications blog.

Wondering what’s new on BarBooks? Wonder no more. Here is a list of what has been posted recently, listed by date.

Note: Decisis and the bar are working to add a linking tool to the new platform. We expect it to be available in early 2026. It is recommended that private notes be added after linking has been added as notes may become detached.
